Deposit is required to book. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE! Must reschedule at least 48 hours in advanced or deposit will not be transferable. If you no call no show for your appointment, 50% of your service fee will be charged automatically. Second no show offense, you will be charged full appointment amount. If you cancel often, you will no longer be able to book with Crystal Maldonado. While things happen we do advise to book appropriately. Time is crucial to complete eyelash extension. Being late can subject you to incomplete lashes. Please arrive on time. Crystal will not accept anyone if they are 15 mins late and you will not receive a refund on your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions. Please arrive at your appointment with clean lashes and eyes free of makeup and residue. Clean lashes are happy lashes! We have the right to refuse service to anyone! You must have at least 40% of lashes remaining on each eye to be considered a fill. If you can count the number of lashes you have on, you will be charged a full set. NO EXCEPTIONS No refunds for services rendered. Shortys Lashes has a 3 day guarantee. If your lashes fall out please let me know so I can fix them right away. You do have to book within 5 days after your appointment. Appointments can run over scheduled time. Please do not book if you are in a hurry. Absolutely no refunds for no-show fees, or after services are rendered. No exceptions. Cell phones must be put away and silenced during your appointment. All lash sets do not look the same. We all have different shaped eyes and different amounts of lashes. Please don't expect your lashes to look like someone else's lashes.
