Foreign Fill

$30.00 deposit required

Must be 2 weeks (14 days) or less since your last set, if less than 40% lashable lashes after removing old, outgrown ones you will be charged for a full set. If previous artists’ work isn’t able to be worked with, the old lashes will need to be removed completely and a full set will be required.

Lash Extension Membership

The monthly membership contract lasts for 12 months from the sign-up date. Terms and Conditions: Members must notify Shortys Company LLC in writing of any changes to credit card or account info before the next EFT date. Payment Authorization Forms are available at the suite. Members must also report any address changes in writing. Members can use their services throughout the month, but unused services expire and do not roll over. Memberships are non-transferable. The monthly fee of $215 is due by the 5th; failure to pay results in loss of membership and a $90 cancellation fee. Memberships auto-renew monthly after the initial term unless otherwise elected. Shortys Company reserves the right to change rules, regulations, and pricing with notice. Members receive a 10% discount on additional salon services (excludes upgrades) and aftercare products. An early cancellation fee of $90 applies if the contract is broken early; see the specific membership contract for details.
